Individual Counseling
$200 intake/$175 standard session
One-on-one counseling with a licensed therapist to address any concerns you have, such as: anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, emotion management, life changes, and more. Find more satisfaction and fulfillment in life with treatment personalized to you and your goals.
Couples/Family Counseling
$275 intake (90 mins)/$180 standard session
Meet together with a licensed therapist to improve your relationship and address any concerns, such as: conflict, communication challenges, infidelity, loss of trust, parenting, and more. Together we can work to achieve a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.
EMDR Therapy
$200 intake/$175 standard session
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy is a unique treatment primarily for addressing trauma. It can address a variety of concerns, including: traumatic events, PTSD, phobias, and more.
