Nicole Hepler, MS, LPC, NCC (she/her)
Owner & Licensed Professional Counselor
Everyone has a story and deserves to be heard. I am here to listen, guide, and support you through whatever part of your story you are trying to navigate or heal.
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples find serenity in their lives. I am a collaborative therapist and believe that you are the expert on your life and experiences - I am here to help guide and support you towards your goals, expanding your toolbox along the way.
I am especially passionate about helping folks who are seeking healing from trauma, managing chronic pain or a chronic illness, or who are struggling to adjust to the challenges of a new phase in life. I also have extensive experience in helping medical professionals cope with trauma and manage stress.
I incorporate multiple modalities into my work with clients, including Internal Family Systems/parts work (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Gottman Method.
I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, as well as a Board Certified Counselor.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, trying new restaurants, skiing, and watching sports (especially college football, Go Buckeyes!).
I offer in-person counseling services at my office in the Central Park neighborhood in Aurora, and virtual counseling services throughout Colorado.
I look forward to meeting and working with you!
